Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:

• UK: 1–3 working days
• Europe: 3–7 working days
• International: 5–10 working days

We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, and UPS.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
Delays may occur during busy periods or due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier issues, customs). We are not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items
